It would be better to cover it first and self-destruct according to the old imperial order.
The fate of this type of card is that it spoils if you attack second, but it seems good that you can approach cards that Azeus can't reach.

A special expansion meta that does not have the ability to stop the expansion itself. It's an effect that reverses and multiplies G, but it's greatly underrated in that it can't be activated from your hand.
If you have a Deck that moves by cutting your hand, or a Deck that repeats searching and special summons from your hand, you can stop the deployment, but nowadays there are more and more decks that can repeatedly deploy Special Summons without going through your hand. It does not act as a direct deterrent.
However, developing under the influence of this card inevitably means that you will have to discard trigger counter cards such as "Called by the Grave", and you will have a sub-plan when the trigger is thrown into your hand. It means that you will not be able to leave it.
As a result, it's attractive that you can create a rare situation these days where you can stop the opponent's development just by throwing a trigger.
However, the scene where this card demonstrates its power, the scene where the original hand has many cards, and the scene where Special Summon is repeated many times is basically the development of the first turn, and considering that point, this card takes the second attack. There is also a problem that it is easy to rot if it is used.
It will mainly be used like 《Vanity's Emptiness》, sticking it on the field at the end of the preceding turn. It doesn't have the binding power of nihilism, but it's powerful in that it can insidiously cut down the opponent's resources in a way that makes it difficult to reuse them, so if you're confident in your destiny to take the lead, you should definitely adopt it. I want you to take a look. At least it's not a weak card, and in fact it's in a reasonably strong category. It's just that it's just a little too late and it's too easy to rot.

Overall Rating: Special Summon A very disgusting card that can be restricted.
Since it is an environment where you do a lot of Special Summons, there is a high possibility that your opponent will move knowing that you will be handicapped many times, or they will not Special Summon.
Even if you destroy him, his Spell/Trap removal methods in the main deck are relatively limited.
Even if you use the effect of "Knightmare Phoenix", the hand cost will be high, so the handicap will be painful.
If the opponent is handless, you can't remove it any more, but since you can't see the fact that there is no hand trigger, it's easy for you to move.
If you focus on summoning or use cards that have the disadvantage of not being able to perform Special Summon, the damage will be small.
By the way, with Yosenju 3 Brothers and Black Garden and this card, you can get 3 handicap in the lead, but it's tight.

Discard is pretty annoying, but it doesn't block her Special Summon as a monster, so compared to 《Vanity's Emptiness》, it doesn't play a role as a meta. Depending on the timing of paying the cost, you may also get handicapped.

Synchro, Xyz, and Link basically perform her Special Summon twice and come out, so you can have two handicap cards, which is quite a nuisance. However, in the end, Special Summon is allowed, and since the opponent chooses, the handicap effect is not good enough, and if you are handless, the disadvantage disappears. If this was a trap, it could have been used in a way that reacted to the opponent's development. As already written, it is important that the controller is handicapped, not the side that Special Summoned. You can use Kaiju to get rid of the big ones and even get handicapped, which is pretty annoying.

Being a Continuous Spell is both an advantage and a disadvantage, but it's an annoying card to use.
It can be used both as a deterrent and as a handicap.
Personally, I think that the evaluation will rise in the future if the search method comes.

A disturbing card with a modest effect. Since it is an exclusion, it can be appreciated that it is not used for GY fertilizer, but since it is selected by the side that did Special Summon, it is undeniable that it is difficult to function as a deterrent to Special Summon. It's also important to be able to get a handicap by special summoning your opponent with 《Ojama Trio》etc., so I think it's one way to see it as a handicap card instead of thinking of it as a special summon deterrent.

Plain harassment.
He doesn't do Special Summon much, so if it's Deck, it's good to pin it for fun.
The good thing about this is that it removes it from the game instead of sending it to GY or throwing it away.
I won't let him use GY easily. The LP cost isn't that heavy either, so you'll be surprised when you try it.

Mr. MARU "There are a lot of strange cards... The controller pays 500 points in each end phase, and if he special summons, he selects one card from his hand and removes it... In many ways, it's a devil."

You have to pay LP to maintain it, and you can only handicap when the opponent's monster does his Special Summon, and you can't negate the summons.
However, in the current era when he is developing as a Special Summon, is it effective enough to slow down the opponent's movement?
I think the ease of use is higher for G that triggers the hand.

It is meaningless when the opponent has no cards in hand.

It's quite a harassment, but it's hard not to be able to stop the Special Summon itself or its card.
It works like a body blow, but I can't do anything about the threat in front of me.
Moreover, he also has a deck called Infernity...

If you ask me which one is better, pay 800 or remove my hand...
It's not a negate, it's a Normal Spell, and above all, there's a maintenance cost...

After all, it will be tough if Special Summon itself cannot be stopped.
It is also a pity that it is completely exposed unlike oppression.
